A:Did you call us?

B:Yes. The television is not working properly.

A:What's the problem?

B:The remote control doesn't work. I turned on the television , but I can't change the channel.

B:遥控器有问题。我把电视打开了，但是我无法换台。

A:Let me have a look. I think the batteries should be changed. Let me replace them with new ones. Now, it's working.

B;That's great.
