B:Hello. I'm having a problem with my air conditioner.

A:Which air conditioner?

B:The one in the bedroom.

A:What seems to be the problem?

B:There's no cold air coming out.

B:没有冷气。

A:May I have your room number,please?

A:OK,we'll send someone up to check it.

B:I'm going out right now. But that's all right, you can come when I've gone.
