Steven comes to the post office to open a postal savings account.

Steven: Excuse me. Can I open a postal savings account in your office?

Clerk: Of course. What kind of postal savings account do you want to open?

Steven: Hum..Can you recommend me one with high interest?

Clerk: OK. We Offer a few different kinds of postal saving services. They have different interest rates.

Steven: I want the one with the highest interest rate.
