Steven wants to come to the post office to post a letter. Now he is in the office.

Clerk: Good morning. What can I do for you?

Steven: Good morning. I want to post this letter. Can you tell me what the postage is?

Clerk: I must weigh it. Do you want to send it by ordinary or registered mail?
