Mr. Simpson wants to have a tour of the city. Steven offers to be with him to have sightseeing.

Steven: Are you interested in going sightseeing, Mr. Simpson? I think you are here not only for the negotiation but also for sightseeing.

Mr. Simpson: I heard that there are some beauty spots and places of historical interest in this city.
