Steven wants to cancel the plane ticket he booked several days ago. Now he is talking with the receptionist.
史蒂文想要取消他几天前所定的机票，现在他正和前台说这件事。

Steven: My name is Steven Smith and I'm calling to cancel my plane ticket.
史蒂文：我叫史蒂文·史密斯。我打电话是来取消我预订的飞机票。

Receptionist: When was your reservation?
前台：您预定的什么时候？

Steven: It’s 7 p.m. today.
史蒂文：今天下午七点。

Receptionist: Would you mind telling me the reason?
前台：你介意告诉我一下原因吗？

Steven: I need to continue to deal with my business. I haven’t finished it yet.
史蒂文：我需要继续处理生意。我还没完成呢。

Receptionist: Oh, I see. Would you like me to reschedule you for another time?

Steven: No. Thank you.
史蒂文：不用了，谢谢你。

Receptionist: But you have to pay the fee for refund.
前台：不过，你要付退票费的。

Steven:OK. I will pay it by my bank card.
