M: Yes. I'd like to make a plane reservation to Shanghai, China.

W: Your name, please?

M: Jia Xiang. I'd like to leave on May 5th.
Jia Xiang。我要5月5日的机票。

W: Let me see what's available. Yes, Air China has a flight on May 5th at 9:15 in the morning.

M: Well, I need an economy ticket.
