用;表示说话人对某事十分肯定。也说That's for certain.
意：…，这毫无疑问;…这我敢肯定
例，She won't dare to tell anyone, and that's for sure!
她不敢告诉任何人的，这我敢肯定!
This patient won't live tong, and that's for sure.
这个病人不会活多久了，这是毫无疑问的.

Be sure and....

用：叮嘱对方不要忘记做某事的句式。也说Be sure to.二，用法较正式。
意：一定要…;千万…;务必，二;记住别忘了..
例： Be sure and switch off the television?
记住别忘了把电视关上!
Be sure to write to us, won't you?
一定要给我们写信啊，听到没有?

don't be too sure...

意：用来表示不敢断言。也说you can't be too sure, you can never he too sure.
意：(谁也)说不准;不知道…;那可不一定
例.Don't be too sure, you haven't got the letter of appointment yet.
那可不一定，你还没有接到聘书呢。
I should take a raincoat and an umbrella, you can't be too sure.
这天说不准，要是我，就带上雨衣和雨伞.
You can never be too sure if my car will start in such cold weather.
我的汽车在这么冷的天气能不能起动，谁也说不定。

I'm not( so) sure

用;用来表示对某事持怀疑或犹豫的态度。
意.我不能(太)肯定…;我不能不确定…;对…没把握
例，I'm not so sure whether I've read the hook.
我不能大确定是否读过这本书。
I'm oat sure about the others, but I'm IUD per cent behind you.
时别人我没把握，但我自己百分之百地支持你。
A: D'you think she's recovering?
你想她有望恢复吗?
B: 1'rn not sure.
