用：表示惊讶、怀疑或惊疑交织时的句式。
意：你别是说一吧?你真的(要)，?
例，You mean to say you're learning me?
你真的要离开我?
Tao you mean to say it will cost the fifty pounds just to repair one small dent in my car?
你难道是说修补我汽车上瘩下去的一小块就要50英镑?

I mean

用：I mean是I mean to say的省略式。主要有两种用法:
①用来更清楚地说明某事或进一步解释说明某事相当于That's to say,
意：我的意思是说，..;换句话说..
例：This is a waste of time. I mean, what's the paint in dying sa?
这是浪费时间。我是说，这么做有什么意义?

②用来纠正刚才说错的话相当于。
意：对不起，我是说…
例 This is Herbert, I mean Humbert_
这位是赫伯特，对不起、是汉伯特。
