1. be considered to be
被认为；被看作；
eg. He is considered to be a hypocrite.
人家认为他是一个伪君子。
eg. Seeing this bird is considered to be unlucky.
看见这种鸟被认为是不吉利的。
2. top-tier
顶级的，高级的，一流的；
eg. Early admission is still going strong at many colleges and universities, including many top-tier schools.
提前择校在许多大学和学院中依然愈演愈烈，包括许多一流学校。
eg. Now with new strength they are surely a big threat for the top-tier teams.

3. rent out
出租；租给；
eg. She decided to rent out a room to get extra income.
