1. have faith in
相信；信任；
eg. Accept the fact that not everyone is going to approve of the choices you've made. Have faith in you judgment.
你的选择不一定会得到所有人的认同，这个现实你得接受，但要相信自己的判断抉择。
eg. There can be no progress if people have no faith in tomorrow.
如果人们对明天没有信心，就不会有进步。
2. be supposed to do sth.
应当，应该，须；
eg. "Responsibilities" only tell the reader what you were supposed to do, not what you actually did do.
因为职责只是告诉大家你应该做什么，而不是你实际做了什么。
eg. The effects are supposed to be out of this world , so you have to see them on the big screen.
特效应该很精彩，所以你一定要在大银幕上看。
3. give sth. a try
试试看；试一试；试一下；
eg. Give it a try; I think you'll like it, too.
试试吧，我想你也会喜欢的。
eg. Instead of trying to tackle everything on this list at once, choose a few things that appeal to you, and give them a try.
别想着一下子就做到这个单子上所有的事情，你可以选择一些喜欢的项目去尝试。
4. wait and see
等着瞧；等等看；
eg. We'll have to wait and see what happens.
我们只好等等看将会发生什么。
eg. If you don't believe it, wait and see.
如若不信，请拭目以待。
5. check out
了解清楚；核实；查实；
eg. For a look at some business students trying to build their own businesses, check out our slide show.
