如何排解职场的压力?

  Q: You are a professional who is accustomed to stress, but all the uncertainty and anxiety in the workplace these days is putting you under more pressure than usual. You feel burned out – are you?

  问:你一贯擅长排解压力,但最近工作中大量的不确定因素和焦虑情绪令你承受了比以往更多的重压。你感觉自己的精力快要耗尽了——你是否出现过这种状况呢?

  A: Determine whether you’re suffering from burnout by assessing how you feel both mentally and physically. Ask yourself these questions about the signs of burnout: Do you have various aches and pains that come and go? Do you have trouble focusing? Are you very irritable with others and, if so, why? Are you having more conflicts than usual with people at work? Are you fatigued all the time? Awareness is key. Just knowing this is happening is a start, because then you can work to counteract it.

  答:你可以评估自己的心理和身体状况,以此判断精力是否耗尽。问自己以下几个问题——它们能反映出你是否有筋疲力竭的迹象:你的身体会接二连三地出现各种疼痛与不适症状吗?你是否无法集中精力?你是否容易对他人动怒—— 如果是,为什么?你是否与工作伙伴产生了比平常更多的矛盾?你总觉得疲倦吗?清醒的认知是解决问题的关键。了解自己出现了何种不良状况是个良好的开端,因为紧接着你就可以竭力对抗它。
