海边生活给内心带来平静
生活中,我们经常会感到需要对抗自己控制范围之外的事情。但是,如果你被困在退浪之中,最好的应对办法是让退浪把你带走,然后你再自己游回岸边。这样比较缓和、轻松,心情也不会那么紧张。在生活中要谨记:
Taking the path of least resistance can bring inner peace. Sometimes we push and strain for what we think we need or want. But it’s like fighting the tide when you aim in the wrong direction. Water flows and so must you.
阻力最小的路会带来内心的平静。有时,我们以为自己需要或者想要某样东西,于是就逼迫自己,让自己竭尽全力。但是,这就好比沿着错误的方向逆流而上。水顺势而行,你也应该如此。

Take a hold on life and slow down! Put on that wetsuit and dive down into the coral reef to soak up the beautiful visions that nature has provided us. Take the time for that walk on the beach and discover the wondrous shells the ocean has offered up for our delight.
把握生活,降低生活的速度。穿上潜水服,潜到珊瑚礁里去看看大自然的美景吧。留点时间,到海边散散步,去寻找一下大海带给我们那些美妙的贝壳吧。
It’s all about stopping and smelling the roses, of course. Life passes by quickly, like the flash of a jumping dolphin. I learned to appreciate the wonders of ocean life whenever I can. And I keep these visions in my mind for when I need them.
我的意思是你要停下脚步,闻一闻玫瑰花的香气。生命短暂,时光流逝就如白驹过隙一般。我尽可能地享受海洋生命的奇妙。我时刻牢记这一想法以备不时之需。
