Fast Food: Trans fat, which is the most harmful fat, is used for hamburgers and this might cause heart diseases besides obesity. Also, soft drinks might cause stomach and intestine problems because of acid they contain. Parents could make tasty burgers at home and serve with fresh fruit juice.
