When it comes to organizing your week, I’m sure it feels like the weeks fly by so quickly that you can’t help but ask yourself, “What did I do last week?” Or, “Where did the time go?”

Life seems to get the best of us and soon, before we know it, we’ll be 70 years old and wondering what we have accomplished.

How to Plan Your Week So You Can Start Living a More Fulfilling and Rewarding Life

1. Write down what is most important to you in your life.
写下什么是你生活中最重要的事情。
What are your deepest values and beliefs? What inspires, motivates and gives you hope every single day (even those days of stress and frustration)? What do you envision yourself being and doing 10 years from now?
你最看重的价值观和信念是什么?每天是什么东西鼓励、激发你,并给你希望(即使是在压力大和郁闷的时候)?从现在开始10年之后你对自己有何设想?
2. Create a schedule every Sunday evening for the upcoming week.
每周日的晚上都为接下来的一周制定日程表。
Sit down in a quiet place in your home while reflecting on what is most important to you. Have a daily reminder, whether it be on your laptop or on your bathroom mirror, of what is most important in your life.
在你家找个安静的地方坐下,想一想什么事情对你来说是最重要的。无论是在笔记本上还是在浴室的镜子上,每天都提醒一下自己,什么是你生活中最重要的事情。
3. While looking at your calendar for the upcoming week, have a pad of paper handy so you can write down notes on tasks, assignments, chores, time for yourself, and time for your spouse.
当你在看接下来一周的日历时,手边放一叠纸,这样你可以记下工作、任务、琐事、给自己的时间以及给爱人的时间。
