2022年全国住房公积金发放个人住房贷款逾一万亿元

2022年，全国住房公积金各项业务运行平稳，住房公积金缴存额31935.05亿元，发放个人住房贷款247.75万笔、11841.85亿元。截至2022年底，个人住房贷款率达78.94%。

China issued over 1.18 trillion yuan worth of mortgage loans from the housing provident fund in 2022, benefitting more home buyers, official data showed Thursday.

住房和城乡建设部、财政部、中国人民银行6月8日联合发布的《全国住房公积金2022年年度报告》显示，2022年住房公积金制度惠及面进一步扩大，发放个人住房贷款超1.18万亿元。

The interest rates on these loans are 0.9 to 1.35 percentage points lower than the benchmark loan prime rate, which is estimated to save borrowers around 208.9 billion yuan in interest payments, according to a report jointly released by the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and the People's Bank of China.

住房公积金贷款利率比同期贷款市场报价利率（LPR）低0.9至1.35个百分点，偿还期内可为贷款职工节约利息支出约2089亿元。

Over 67.83 million people withdrew a total of 2.14 trillion yuan from the fund last year, the report reveals. The number of entities and persons contributing to the fund are up by 8.8 percent and 3.31 percent over the previous year, respectively.

2022年，全国有6783万人提取住房公积金共2.14万亿元。全年住房公积金实缴单位和实缴职工分别比上年增长8.80%和3.31%。

Chongqing and five other cities have established pilot projects to promote the coverage of the fund among new urban residents and young people, with a view to meeting their housing needs. A total of 220,300 flexibly employed people are now covered by the fund in those cities.

重庆等6个城市稳步推进灵活就业人员参加住房公积金制度试点工作，助力解决大城市新市民、青年人的住房问题。6个试点城市共有22.03万名灵活就业人员缴存住房公积金，其中新市民、青年人占比较大。
