CRI听力:Li Keqiang Visits Village of Online Shop
Chinese Premier Li Keqiang has made a stop in a village in eastern China renowned for being home to numerous online shops.
The village of Qing Yan Liu in Zhejiang is home to just 15-hundred people.
"You are known as the 'First Village of Online Shops ', am I right? That means you are pioneers and are among the earliest to form a business cluster. Now the number of online shops here has surpassed the population, developing huge market potential. You trade on the virtual cyberspace, but the goods you sell are real, so it's serving the real economy."
There are some 2-thousand online shops currently being run out of Qing Yan Liu.
Online trade volume through the village is now approaching 4-billion yuan.
