Murray's brother, Andy, is set take on Novak Djokovic for the Men's Single's title.
"Yeah, the most important thing for me is to sustain my level for long enough, not just for one set here or there, a few games here or there. I need to do it, you know, for a very long period if I want to get the win. That's my challenge on Sunday."
Andy Murray is into the final in Melbourne after holding off Canadian Milos Raonic in a five-set affair.
The world number two has lost four finals at the tournament.
Djokovic reaches the final after downing Roger Federer in the other semi-final.
The defending champion is seeking for his sixth title in Melbourne.
