President Obama and his family arrived in Cuba for a historic trip to the Island nation. It's the first visit to Cuba by a sitting American president in almost 9 decades.
Cuban police broke up a match of the "ladies in white" dissident group on Sunday, detaining 50 people just hours before Obama was due to arrive. Obama is scheduled to meet with dissidents on Tuesday.

In Jerusalem, Christians pilgrims marked Palm Sunday, the Sunday before Easter, waving Palm and olive branches as they marched through the city. At the Vatican, Pope Francis led a procession through St.Peter Square.
Another big day for Mr. president and the first lady, after the two eagles welcomed their second chick into their nest in Washington. The highly anticipated eaglet hatched 48 hours after the first one.
