President-elect Donald Trump held another round of meetings in New Jersey on Sunday that'll shape his cabinet. Trump was seen arriving for a church service on Sunday with Vice President-elect Mike Pence along with Chief of Staff picked Reince Priebus and advisor Kellyanne Conway.

Over 100 people were killed when an overnight passenger train derailed in northern India. Rescuers worked into the night, pulling people out of mangled coaches. About 150 were injured.

President Obama held a brief discussion with Russian President Vladimir Putin ahead of Sunday's APEC summit meetings. The two leaders were seen talking with their respective translators and departed after shaking hands.

And German Chancellor Angela Merkel will seek a fourth term in general elections next year. Merkel is expected to declare her candidacy for chancellor at a press conference at the party's headquarters later on Sunday.
