A New York city police officer who was caught on video violently shoving a woman to the ground during a protest over the death of George Floyd has been charged with assault. Officer Vincent D'andraia can be seen on cellphone video shoving the 20-year-old whose head hit the pavement.

More than a thousand anti-government demonstrators gathered in the Czech capital, Prague to protest against the government's COVID-19 recovery plans. Protesters are seeking greater economic relief, with some accusing the government of taking advantage of the pandemic to increase its power.
The negatives of the last living photos taken of John Lennon are being sold on Ebay along with the copyright. Each negative is being auctioned separately, as well as the photographer's camera. Paul Goresh captured the photos before lennon was shot and killed.
