Turkey and some human rights groups accuse Greece of pushing migrants out to sea. Greece denies it.The Greek Coast Guard says Turkey often directs migrant boats toward Greece.
The late Supreme CourtJustice Ruth Bader Ginsburg will lie in state at the U.S.Capitol on Friday. She is the first woman to receive that honor. Thousands paid their respects to Ginsburg at the Supreme Court over the past two days.
