Millions in northern England are bracing for further restrictions as the country endures a second wave of the coronavirus. Prime Minister Boris Johnson is expected on Monday to back a new three-tier local lockdown system, which could see hospitality venues in coronavirus hotspots temporarily closed.
At least 9 people were killed and 34 were injured in an airstrike on the Azerbaijani city of Ganja Sunday. Three residential buildings were hit in the overnight attack,believed to be carried out by Armenian forces. Armenian officials have denied the accusations.
