Officials from more than a dozen states say they've been told to expect far fewer doses of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine next week. Two Trump administration officials anonymously told the AP that there may have been confusion about vaccine supply and delivery schedules.
A government advisory panel endorsed a second COVID-19 vaccine Thursday. The FDA is expected to quickly OK the Vaccine from Moderna and the National Institutes of Health and make it available in the US.
Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi say they will both get the coronavirus vaccine within days. Vice President Mike Pence is set to receive his vaccination shot on Friday.
And areas of upstate New York and New England are digging out from more than three feet of snow. Hazardous roads caused dozens of crashes in New Hampshire, Connecticut and eastern New York.
