The man who will be Germany's next Chancellor Olaf Scholz has proposed that the country's parliament vote on whether to make vaccinations against coronavirus compulsory.

Sixty-one-year-old Anthony Broadwater was exonerated last week of raping Alice Sebold after protesting his innocence for almost 40 years.
