希腊债务危机引发出租车大罢工

2011-09-26来源:CNN

We willl protest. Not only taxi drivers, everybody, everybody has to go on strike. We need general strike in Greece. They always say. That's all we have done. We will take normal measures. But every two or three months, they get more and more and more measures. This has to stop. This has to end.

I think they are fighting the wrong people. That's what they are doing. They are not fighting what they should be fighting. They are not looking to get money from where they should be getting money. They are looking down on the middle class, the lower class societies and I don't think that' correct. That's why we are here today, to fight for our families. That's what people have to understand. We are not here fighting the government, we are fighting for our homes. I'm hoping the government will give in. I'm hoping that they will understand that this is far beyond striking. We are fighting for our lives.

Certainly I would have hoped so that the government, the Greek government, would have been much more intelligent and brave to face the difficulties. All the countries that they have been under pressure especially while they have been in the edge of bankruptcy. They didn't take the financial decisions but they took political decisions.

This government, they got to sell everything. It's a fight with no end. We will not stop until this lot get it back from the government. Because it's another reason that we become the unemployed people plus they already exist.

Do you want to see Greece leave the Euro?

No, I don't want that, but this is not my job. That's the politics and that's the same guy that he got his job, nothing else.
