How so? Why? Why is Brazil different and perhapseven more lucrative in the investment place?

Well, I was making the point of our regulatoryframeworks, so I am thinking investors they do have the trust that the ruleswill not be changed over the course of the life of the investment. You ask meabout the private equity international firms. They are paying a lot ofattention to Brazil. Some of them, they are hiring the local teams. And Ibelieve the local firm will be to be or the right firm will be to be there. Ifyou do it from abroad, I think you are gonna take a lot of risks on theinvestments.

Even if you look from the bottom-up at companiesrather than the overall economy, we can't escape the fact that Brazil is gonnato be hosting major sporting events. And that's gonna prompt big socio-economicchanges. It could be a catalyst for all sorts of things. It could put Brazil onthe map like it has never been before. That's gonna change Brazil.

You are right. I think the major changes arealready behind us. As we were talking to them during a panel here at London businessschool, there were a number of Brazilians, millions of Brazilians that for thefirst time, they got a formal job. For the first time, they got a bank accountbecause of the formal job. With the bank account access to credit and access toconsumption, I think this is done, right? I think the Olympic Games and WorldCup will help and we will keep improving the economy because of that. Well, Idon't think that this is the major driver for the Brazilian growth movingforward.
