Hello, I’m Melissa Long. Here at the cnn center in Atlanta with a look at what's happening Now In The News on this Tuesday.

Dozens of people were killed in a massive truck bomb blast in Baghdad today. Police say more than 200 others were hurt. The blast went off in a crowded city square near a Shiite mosque. The mosque was also damaged in the blast.

The turmoil in the Middle-East is at the top of President Bush's agenda. He met with Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert at the White House. The two were discussing Iraq as well as last week's takeover of Gaza by Hamas which is considered a terrorist organization by both countries. The two leaders spoke firmly about their support for Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas and for new talks between Abbas and Israelis.

After a heavy flooding hit North Texas, at least five people are dead including two children. The rescue workers are searching for five others still missing in the Gainesville area. Dozens of people and their pets were stranded on rooftops. Emergency officials say a 5-year-old girl and her grandmother were killed when the family's mobile home was swept off its foundation. Her 2-year-old sister is among the missing near Fort Wurth. A 4-year-old girl was swept from her mother's arms and drowned when their mobile home park flooded.

A 9-year-old girl says she will probably start spending more time in the pool than the salt water after she was attacked by a shark at a Florida beach. Kathy Smith was surfing south of Jacksonville Sunday when she fell off her board and was bitten on the thigh. She made it to the shore where her mom was waiting to help her. Doctor said there was no muscle, nor nerve damage to Kathy’s leg.

Thou shalt not cut off thy neighbor in traffic. Uh, someone know that commandments Moses brought down, but one Pope Benedict hopes you obey nonetheless. This rule is one of the Vatican's newly-created Ten Commandments for drivers. The Vatican says it issued the rules of the road because driving has become such a part of contemporary life. The new document also encourages people to obey traffic laws and drive with a moral sense.
