Hello, I'm Melissa Long at the cnn Center here in Atlanta with a look at what's happening NOW IN THE NEWS.

In Pakistan, a blast near Islamabad's Red Mosque. Police sources say at least 13 people were killed, 61 others injured. The mosque had been closed since government troops stormed it July 10th, ruled out militants holdup inside. The raid left more than 100 people dead. As the mosque reopened today, and hundreds of religious students clashed with police, demanding the return of a pro-Taliban cleric.

More headaches for NASA. Today, the Space Agency is responding to a report of astronauts flying while intoxicated. Report says that on at least two occasions, astronauts were allowed to fly, even though flight sergeants and other astronauts warned they were drunk. NASA says it will adopt an interim policy says astronauts are not qualified for flight if they consume alcohol within 12 hours of launch.

A warning today for shoppers. You may still find recalled products, potentially tainted with botulism in stores. That's what the Food and Drug Administration says. More than 90 Castleberry Food's products are being recalled including chilli sauces and stews. The FDA says about 7% of stores it visited recently were still selling recalled products.

Atlanta Falcons quarterback Michael Vick's legal troubles may just be beginning. The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports federal prosecutors plan to seek what's called a superseding indictment, accusing Vick of involvement in a dogfighting ring. It could include new charges, more defendants and additional details about the case.

Reality star Nicole Richie will do jail time for her DUI offence. Today Richie pleaded guilty to Driving Under the Influence and was sentenced to 96 hours in jail. She's already serves 6 of those hours. She was also fined 2048 dollars and on given three years' probation. Rochie is not behind bars yet. It is unclear when she will begin serving her sentence. Now Richie was arrested in December after she was spotted going the wrong way on a California freeway.
