Hello, I am Melissa Long here at the cnn center in Atlanta with a look at what's happening now in the news on this Friday, October 26th.

Georgia Supreme Court has ordered Genarlow Wilson, the man jailed for consensual oral sex with a 15-year-old girl when he was 17 to be released from prison. The vote was 4 to 3 in favor. They ruled that his 10-year sentence was cruel and unusual punishment. Wilson is now 21 years old. He was convicted of aggravated child molestation.

California residents are expressing their frustration as they learned of arsonists involvement in the wildfires. Five suspects have been arrested, but there have not been any arrest for the San Diego fire which destroyed fourteen homes. The damage from this week's wildfires is expected to cost more than one billion dollars in just San Diego County alone.

Discovery astronauts were on the job today installing a high-tech hallway that will connect three labs inside the International Space Station. It's the biggest job ever by a single team in space. Yesterday's docking was the first mission in which women were in charge of both operations at the same time. Discovery is commanded by Pam Melroy and the Space Station is led by Peggy Whitson.

Ripper T.I. will find out today if he will be released on bond. He is accused of trying to buy unregistered machine guns and silencers. He was arrested in Atlanta earlier this month in the way to the BET hip hop awards.

And parents may be using a baby seat that could seriously injure their children. One million babysitter seats made by Bumbo are being recalled. Safety group says several babies fractured their skulls after falling out the seats. And Fisher Price is pulling 38,000 Go, Diego Go toys because of lead levels.
