Old Woman: How long have you been learning English? Student: For three years now.
Old Woman: For three years? Goodness me! Your English is very good. Student: I wouldn't say that. There's still a lot for me to learn.
Old Woman: How long are you going to stay in this country?
Student: Another two months. Then I'll have to go back to Spain to start work.
Old Woman: A cousin of mine went to Spain last year. He's an engineer, you know.
Student: Really? What did he think of Spain?
Old Woman: He must like it very much, because he hasn't come back yet. I hope you'll also enjoy your stay in England.
