brake,the engine also stops.I'm now parked on the hard shoulder between Junction 2 and 3 on
M40.Could you send me someone as soon as possible?I'm a female and it will get dark before
long.
O:OK,first of all,keep your car parked on the hard shoulder and wait outside the car but not too
close to the car,OK?
D:OK.
O:Now,have you got your driving licence and our insurance policy number with you?
D:Yes,my name is Margaret Kirkwood and the insurance policy is 25-A-2-518.Just in case you
have trouble finding me,I'll give you my mobile number.It's 0771-822-3600.
O:So,that's 0771-822-3600?
D:Yes.
O:OK,we'll send someone to you as soon as possible.
