体坛英语新闻：Wizards coach fined 20,000 for profane language

WASHINGTON, Nov. 4 (Xinhua) -- The Washington Wizards head coach Randy Wittman was fined 20,000 U.S. dollars for talking dirty in public.

Wittman seemed upset after losing to the Philadelphia 76ers last Friday. He criticized the team's defensive effort at the post game news conference.

"You've got to respect the game, your opponent. ... Everything you get is 'No, we're OK.' We're not OK. We're 0-2. We're not OK," said Wittman.

The Wizards had a winless 0-3 record for the opening week of 2013-2014 NBA season.
