体坛英语新闻:Bom Senso criticise Brazilian Football Confederation
SAO PAULO, Nov. 6 (Xinhua) -- Bom Senso, the Brazilian player movement attempting to bring fundamental changes to the country's football calendar, have criticised the Brazilian Football Confederation's (CBF) lack of interest to date.
The group have protested against the number of games players are forced to play during the year as well as having to dispute matches on designated FIFA dates, when international games take place.
Some of the most well known names in Brazilian football, including Dida, Rogerio Ceni and Alex, have joined Bom Senso and they believe the CBF must give the issue further attention.
Limited progress has been made so far, with January being a month of vacation from 2015. Next year the CBF claim change to the calendar is impossible due to the country hosting the World Cup.
The third major issue Bom Senso wants to discuss involves Financial Fair Play. But negotiations regarding the notion are likely to be far more lengthy as debt ridden clubs strive to get their financial houses in order.
