BERLIN, Jan. 18 (Xinhua) -- Bayer Leverkusen's Robbie Kruse suffered a serious knee injury in training to miss the rest of the season, the club announced on its official homepage on Saturday.
The Australian international winger suffered an anterior cruciate ligament rupture in his left knee during a training session, an MRT scan revealed today.

His current club sit on second place with 37 points, seven points behind front-runners Bayern Munich.
