体坛英语新闻：Cilic into U.S. Open last four

NEW YORK, Sept. 4 (Xinhua) -- The 25-year-old Croatian Marin Cilic beat sixth-seeded Tomas Berdych of the Czech Republic 6-2, 6-4, 7-6 (4) on Thursday to reach U.S. Open final four.

Cilic reached his first Grand Slam semifinal since 2010 Australian Open, and he became the first Croat to enter U.S. Open last four since Goran Ivanisevic did it in 1996.

Cilic was to meet second-seeded Swiss Roger Federer in the semifinal.
