外国地产商也到中国来吸金

Sept. 4th is the first day of this year's China International luxury property exhibition in Shanghai. In a change from normal, overseas properties are drawing more attention now that Chinese buyers are being prevented from investing too much at home.
9月4日是今年中国上海国际豪宅展开展的日子。与以往相比,不同之处在于海外房产吸引了更多的注意力,因为中国的购买者不能在国内投资太多的房产。

More than 70 projects from 18 countries are exhibiting. The properties include not just apartments but even castles and villas. Many overseas property agents think the housing restriction policy on the Chinese mainland gives them an opportunity to promote their real estate.
来自18个国家的70多家企业参展。参展的房产不仅包括公寓,甚至还有城堡和别墅。很多海外房地产公司认为,中国大陆的楼市限购令给了他们一个促进其房地产发展的机会。

Spokesman of US Real Estate Project, said, "This is a hundred year old house, it's the former home of a famous person. The price is 99 million RMB. Chinese people face restrictions investing in property at home, but they can buy properties overseas. At least it can keep its value and even see some appreciation."
美国房地产公司发言人表示:“这是一座有100年历史的旧房子,之前一位名人居住过。价格是9900万人民币。中国人在国内面临房地产投资的限制,但是他们可以到海外买房子。至少它能保值,甚至可能增值。”

The largest property developer in Britain, the Berkeley group, is bringing central London properties to the exhibition. Their prices range from 15 million to 60 million yuan. Foreign exhibitors are confident they can attract buyers despite the cost.
英国最大的房地产开发商,伯克利集团把伦敦市中心的房产带到展会上来。它们的价格从1500万到6000万不等。尽管价格很高,外国参展商有信心,他们能吸引到买家。

Some smaller countries also see China as an important market. The exhibition aims mainly for VIP customers, with exhibitors using preferential policies to attract investors.
一些较小的国家也把中国视为一个重要的市场。参展商用优惠政策来吸引投资者,展会的主要目标是VIP客户。
