韩国总统访华之旅

South Korean President Lee Myung-Bak has arrived in Beijing for a state visit to which China attaches great importance as this year is the twentieth anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries.
韩国总统李明博抵达北京进行国事访问，中方非常重视此次访问，因为今年是两国建交20周年。

Lee Myung-Bak arrived in Beijing at the invitation of Chinese President Hu Jintao.
李明博是应中国胡主席的邀请抵达北京。

He later attended a welcoming ceremony at the Great Hall of People.
之后，他出席了在人民大会堂举行的一个欢迎仪式。

During Lee’s three-day visit, President Hu Jintao, China’s top legislator Wu Bangguo and Premier Wen Jiabao will meet with him. They will exchange views on Sino-South Korean relations, as well as global and regional issues.
在李明博为期三天的访问期间，胡主席、中国全国人大委员长吴邦国和温总理将与之会晤。他们将就中韩关系以及全球、地区问题交流意见。

This is the first major meeting between the leaders of the two countries since the death of the former DPRK leader Kim Jong-il, so security on the Korean peninsula is also expected to be a focus of the trip.
这是自朝鲜前领导人金正日逝世之后两国领导人举行的首个重要会议，所以朝鲜半岛安全问题也将成为此行的焦点。

Economic cooperation between China and South Korea is also expected to be a major topic. Many hope Lee’s visit will help the two countries get closer to reach the free trade agreement.
中国和南韩的经济合作也将成为一个主要议题。许多人希望李明博的此次访问能使两国进一步达成自由贸易协定。

Trade volume between China and South Korea stood at 5 billion US dollars in l992 when the two countries established diplomatic ties and in 2010 the number exceeded 200 billion US dollars. China is currently South Korea’s largest trading partner and South Korea is China’s third largest.
1992年中韩建交时，两国之间的贸易额达到50亿美元，2010年，这个数目超过2000亿美元。目前，中国是南韩最大的贸易伙伴，南韩是中国的第三大贸易伙伴。
