广州车展规模升级
Guangzhou itself has recently moved to limit new cars through license plate auctions and lotteries to improve life in the city. This, and the falling sales of Japanese cars due to the territorial dispute with China over the Diaoyu Islands, have impacted the auto industry in China. But, the Guangzhou auto show doesn’t seem to feel the pinch. Let’s get you some fresh figures about the event.
The exhibition hall spans over 200 thousand square meters, with 950 vehicle models on display. 34 are making global premieres and 23 are making Asian debuts, both fresh records in the exhibition’s 10-year history.
This year’s show has been extended from 7 to 10 days, offering more visiting time to the public. Ticket prices are 100 yuan for professional visitors and 50 yuan for ordinary visitors. Each ticket is valid for a single entrance only.
