监控视频显示甘肃地震的威力

Meichuan and Minyang townships in Minxian County have been hit hard by the 6.6- magnitude earthquake in northwest China’s Gansu province.

This security footage shows the Chinese Medicine market in Meichuan town on Monday when the quake hit. The video captures the place starting to shake at 7:45 am local time. The footage then shows, people trying to escape from the buildings. As the earthquake became more violent, more people ran out of stores and gathered on street.

Another video shows the power lines shaking, people running out onto the street to safety and traffic slowing down. Footage of the violent quake was also recorded at a supermarket in the town.
