后街男孩发布新单曲“In a World Like This”

The Backstreet Boys are back! Celebrating their twentieth anniversary, Brian, Howie, Kevin, Nick and A.J have returned with a new single, called "In a World Like This". Their new album of the same name will be out at the end of this month, and the boys are also planning a world tour.

20 years of legend in pop music history, and now a brand new chapter for the Backstreet Boys.

Their latest music video "In a World Like This" sees the boys dancing and singing in a field, spliced alongside scenes of touching historical moments, such as man walking on the moon.

And the boys are on hand to explain the recording process.

"We began the recording process about a year ago, this month right here in London. We all lived in a house together for three weeks, started working with local writer and producer Martin Terefe, then we went back to L.A. after that and worked with some up and coming, young, exciting producers out of Los Angeles." Backstreet Boys, Recording Artist said.

So are the Boys channelling different influences, now that they are older and more mature?

One theme in particular seems to resonate with the whole band.

"Myself and Kevin actually wrote a song called "Show ’em (What You’re Made Of)" which was inspired by all of our kids. Our kids are our biggest inspiration for sure." Backstreet Boys, Recording Artist said.

"That’s something we wanted this album to be about, one of our goals was to write from a personal place. To make this record more personal about where we are at in our lives as fathers, husbands, sons and brothers."

With all its five original members present, the band packs the pop punch fans love into old-school hits like "As Long As You Love Me" and "I Want It That Way", but also promises something new.

"In a World Like This" hits stores on July 29th in the UK with a world tour set to follow.

This will be the band’s eighth studio album following 2009’s release, "This Is Us".
