中国与瑞士的自由贸易协定于7月1日生效

China’s new free trade agreement with Switzerland is set to take effect on the first of July. The deal ironed out last year in Beijing is the first free agreement between China and a continental European country.
中国，瑞士新的自由贸易协议将在7月1日生效。这项去年在北京签订的协议是中国和欧洲内陆国家的第一个自由贸易协议。

The pact will reduce tariffs in bilateral trade, benefiting China on Swiss imports of fine machinery, power plants, chemicals, and watches.

Meanwhile, Switzerland has lowered and, in some cases, cancelled tariffs on Chinese industrial products and farm produce. Analysts say China’s entry into Switzerland may serve as a gateway to explore the larger European market for Chinese goods.
