中国的电信公司将资源共享

China Mobile, China Union and China Telecom will form a new giant joint venture. Information such as registered capital and share participation are expected to be released today. The new joint venture will be in charge of the infrastructure and maintenance of the fundamental facilities, such as towers and base stations, of the three operators.

The three operators will stop building their own base stations, and rent from the new company. The same goes for some other facilities. The registered capital is expected to be around 10 billion yuan.
