US Secretary of State John Kerry is in Seoul for his two-day visit to South Korea, after wrapping up his stop in China. Security issues in the wake of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea recent ballistic missile test is among the major issues to be discussed.
Kerry first met South Korean President Park Geun-hye in Seoul on Monday. South Korea's foreign ministry said that DPRK missile tests and Park's June visit to the US are expected to be discussed.
Kerry also plans to visit US troops stationed in the country and make a speech on cybersecurity issues. He met with South Korean Foreign Minister Yun Byung-se, and they held a joint news conference after their meeting.
