It seems Zlatan Ibrahimovic sticks with football and has a new home. The Swedish captain took to social media to announce that he is heading to Manchester United.

The 34-year-old spent the last few years with French side Paris Saint-Germain, but told the club he would not resign with them.

That meant he could sign with any team he wanted, and that looks like it will be at Old Trafford. The move means he will be reunited with coach Jose Mourinho, who he played under at Inter Milan.

The 34-year-old wrote a message on social media saying: "Time to let the world know. My next destination is Manchester United."

Big Z, can now concentrate fully on his club career, after retiring from international football at the end of a disappointing Euros when he failed to score and Sweden registered just one point and one goal.

United have yet to confirm the move and Ibrahimovic is yet to complete a medical. The striker has had successful spells at Juventus, Inter Milan, Barcelona and AC Milan before joining PSG.

With 113 goals in 122 games in four season, Ibrahimovic became PSG's all-time leading goalscorer and won French League titles in 2015 and 2016. This season he scored a record 50 goals in 51 games.
