As the Democratic Party Convention comes to a close, survey suggests many Americans aren't enthuthiestic about either nominee. That's the case in Colarado. What are the so called 'swing's day?' It could tilt either way on the election day and could be critical in determing a winner.

A little over 100 days from now, Americans will go to the polls to choose their next President. As July gives way to August here in Denver, some people aren't real impressed with the campaign so far.

"Oh God, it's crazy, it's overwhelming," A vote said.

"It's really been more of a circus than it usually is I think," A vote said.

"I think it's been a real dog and pony show, a real joke in some cases," A vote said.

Whether it's candidates in the Republican or the Democratic Party, voters we talked to believe the focus this election season has been on personalities and on name-calling, not on issues they think really matter.

"I just feel like everyone is playing games and being silly and no one's getting down to business," A vote said.

"Well it frustrates me because it then becomes almost the idea of the lesser of two evils," A vote said.

Some say the two major party nominees are a huge part of the problem.

"Seems like there's a lot of people anti-Trump, anti-Clinton, so either way it could be bad news," A vote said.

"I'm not crazy about either," A vote said.

A recent survey by the Pew Research Center found that fewer than half of registered voters in both parties are satisfied with their choices for President. Four in ten voters say neither Donald Trump nor Hillary Clinton would make a good Commander-in-Chief.

"If Clinton becomes President we're gonna look weak and we're gonna get attacked immediately," A vote said.

"If Trump becomes President he's gonna do something stupid and attack someone else and the whole world's gonna blow up," A vote said.

"Honestly I wish Bernie Sanders could take just take it all man. Get the two dumb a**** out of there," A vote said.

One Trump supporter says distrust of Washington has set the tone of the campaign.

"I think it's time to throw the bums out and start over. They've forgotten who they are. It's not government by the people or it's by the elite and they tell the people what's supposed to happen," A vote said.

Others question Trump's role as the messenger.

"How could someone so nasty be trying to be the President for this country," A vote said.

This voter says Americans have gotten the election they deserve.

"As you watch people walking up and down the street there are people with some clipboards asking questions and most people walk by. They don't even want to input or interact and I think it's just general apathy," A vote said.

It's all been pretty entertaining for some, up to a point.

"I just think the blah, blah, blah is interesting to watch," A vote said.

But some are torn about who'll they'll support in the end.

"I don't know. I'm gonna have to figure that one out," A vote said.

Here in Colorado - a state that's evenly split between Democrats, Republicans and Independents - voters have just over three months to make that calculation.
