Todd: Hey, Marika!

Todd: 嘿，Marika.

Marika: Hey!

Marika:嘿。

Todd: How you doing?

Todd:最近怎么样啊？

Marika: I'm OK. How are you?

Marika:我很好，你呢？

Todd: Good. Marika do you like summer?

Todd: 很不错。Marika，你喜欢夏天吗？

Marika: No, I don't like summer it's my least favorite summer.

Marika:不，我不喜欢，我最不喜欢夏天了。

Todd: Wow, why?

Todd: 哦，为什么呢？

Marika: Because I don't like hot weather. I don't like being hot and sweaty and uncomfortable.

Marika:因为我不喜欢炎热的天气。我不喜欢很热，汗流浃背，很不舒服。

Todd: OK. Well, it's pretty hot in Japan so you must not like summer here.

Todd: 哦，好吧。日本相当热，你一定不喜欢日本的夏天吧？

Marika: No, I don't.

Marika:不，我不喜欢。

Todd: Is it hot in summer where you're from?

Todd: 你来的地方夏天热吗？

Marika: Yeah, it's pretty hot but usually we go away on the weekends to cottages and we go swimming in lakes and stuff.

Marika:是的，很热。但是每到周末，我们都会去小村庄，会在河里或其他有水的地方游泳。

Todd: Oh, that's nice. Where are you from by the way?

Todd: 哦，那很好啊。顺便问一下，你来自哪里啊？

Marika: Canada.

Marika:加拿大。

Todd: So, what's your favorite season?

Todd: 哦，那你最喜欢哪个季节呢？

Marika: Winter or fall.

Marika:冬天或者秋天。

Todd: OK. Well, what do you do in the winter?

Todd: 好，你在冬天都会做些什么呢？

Marika: In the winter, activities you mean?

Marika:你说的是在冬天的活动吗？

Todd: Yeah.

Todd: 是的。

Marika: I go snow boarding and I go to onsens and I walk around and I enjoy the cold weather.

Marika:我会去滑雪，去泡温泉，四处走走，我很喜欢寒冷的天气。
