昂秀英语对话想聊就聊：让学习英语化繁为简。

W: Mr. White, I would like to give you notice that I will be leaving the company. It will be effective at the beginning of the next month.
W：White先生，我想通知你，我下个月初就会离开公司。

M: Jessica, I am very sorry to hear that. Why are you leaving?
M：Jessica，这叫我很遗憾，那你为什么要走呢？

W: I've been offered another job with higher salary. And it also gives me the opportunity of promotion.

W：有人给了我一份收更高的工作，而且有提升的机会。

M: Oh. If you had talked to me first, we would have given you a raise.

M：如果你跟我先谈谈，我们是可以给你加薪的。

W: You are really a good employer, Mr. White and I am very lucky to have such a good boss like you. But this new job is more in my field of interest training. It's something I have always wanted.
W：White先生，能遇到您这么好的老板我真的很幸运，但这份新工作更适合我的兴趣和专业，也是我一直想做的事。

M: Ok, good luck, Jessica. By the way, if you ever need a letter of recommendation, I would be happy to write one for you.
