3.1 At the Reception Desk 在接待处

W: Hi! Can I help you?

W：您好，能帮您什么吗？

M: Yes. We have reservations.
M：是的，我们有预订房间。

W: What's your name, sir?
W：您的名字，先生？

M: Jack Bates.
M：杰克.贝茨。

W: Yes, sir. We have your reservation. Could you fill out these forms, please?

M: The reservation was for a double for three nights, wasn't it?

W: Yes, sir. That's correct. How will you pay your bill, cash or credit card?

W: Thank you, sir. You'll be staying in room 1910. Here are your keys. The bellhop will take your luggage upstairs. Have a nice stay, sir.
