Woman:Would you like a piece of birthday cake?

Man:No thanks, I'll pass. It looks very tempting though.

Woman:I thought strawberry cake with cream cheese frosting was your favorite?

Man:It is. I'm on a diet and strawberry cream cheese cake is not on it.

Woman:A diet? What for? You are in great shape.

Man: I went to the doctor the other day. My cholesterol is up.

Woman:Oooo. This sounds serious.

Man:Not too serious. But he gave me a strict diet to help bring it down.
